All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, improper care after delivery, or if the plant's appearance changes as part of its natural growth cycle.
We stand behind the quality of our plants at the time of shipment. If your plant arrives dead or damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

Provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the unopened package and the unpacking process, showing the damaged or dead plant.
Please contact us at dreamyplant@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the subject line "Dead on Arrival Claim - [Your Order Number]". Attach your photos and video, and we will respond promptly to resolve the issue.
This policy is designed to protect you from receiving poor-quality plants and to help us maintain our high standards. We carefully pack and inspect every order before it leaves our greenhouse to ensure it arrives in perfect condition for you to enjoy.
